About Johanna Story

Born and raised in Chestnut Hill, I bring both a global perspective and a deep local knowledge to my role at Cheryl Brown Homes. After attending school in Switzerland and continuing my education at Montgomery County Community College, I began working as a nanny and later as Cheryl’s assistant. It was through that role that I discovered my passion for real estate, ultimately earning my license in October 2024.

I’ve lived in Plymouth Meeting for nearly 10 years, and having deep roots in the community allows me to guide clients with confidence and insight as they navigate the process of buying or selling a home.

As Cheryl’s assistant, I’ve developed a strong appreciation for client communication and creative marketing. From designing our print and digital materials to ensuring every client feels supported throughout the process, I’m proud to contribute to a team that values excellence, connection, and clear communication.
